Terms & Conditions (T&C) of Treinta Studios

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store at treintastudios.com.

2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is formed between the customer and Treinta Studios. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order via email.

3. Prices & Shipping Costs

  • All prices are listed in all Currencies and include applicable taxes.
  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and vary by destination country.

  • Customs & import taxes are not included.

     

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Klarna

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country and product availability.
  • If there are any delays, we will notify the customer immediately.
  • Our logistics partners include DHL, UPS, FedEx.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in cases of defective products).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, only the product value will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Legal warranty rights apply.
  • Treinta Studios is not liable for damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

8. Privacy Policy

We treat customer data confidentially and use it solely for order processing. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • If you are an EU consumer, you may resolve disputes via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Customs Duties & Refused Deliveries

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

If a delivery is refused due to these charges or cannot be completed, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges from the refund.

Refunds are processed only after the items have been returned and inspected.

11. Changes to These Terms

Treinta Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website.
