Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or postal letter) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

3. Return Shipping

• You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
• The return shipping costs must be covered by you.
• The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings) if the seal has been removed.
